Tom Aplomb: Miles to Go

I accept that I must shine my starlight, though it may take years, years beyond those given me, for its brightness to be felt.

I am very interested in this. I have always felt our World was self sustainable. The government took control, the wars of recently have all been about oil. Money rules us. This movie will wake you up if it does nothing else for you.

Understanding free energy and UFO/ET disclosure, many more of us will need to have the courage to awaken these greater truths, even if they appear bizarre at first blush. Unfortunately our culture has fragmented itself into so many fractions that do not communicate with one another, our expanded knowledge and awareness are artificially kept away from us. There are too many vested interests among scientists, industrialists and governmental officials to acknowledge free energy. Yet it exists. I believe that the awakening will require that we move even beyond the sensible democratic policies of achieving sustainability and curbing the power of multinational and governments who continue to profit while devastating the planet; We will need to examine who we are, why we’re here, what happens after our lives on Earth, and how our consciousness can heal ourselves and the world around us.” – Brian O’Leary, Re-inheriting the Earth

Had to press it. My daughter just asked what ….  meant ? Perfect

Ending sentences with so…: “The grocery store was a freaking zoo today…so…”  And then you stop.  ”I made salad for lunch…so…”  I wait, but nothing more follows.  ”I decided this relationship isn’t working for me and I’m moving out…so…”  Silence.  For an uncomfortably long time.  Is there more you want to tell me and I have to beg for details?  Is that the game we’re playing?  Did you want to stay in control of the dialog and you’re just waiting for the next set of synapses to fire?  Have you forgotten how to formulate a declarative sentence?  Are you just trying to drive me bonkers? So…? So tell me! Don’t leave me hanging here. Throw me a…a…mouse or something.

Mounds to go Before I Sleep

I just baked a delicious meal with no oil in the cub-board. I just reread this and it sounds like I baked a chicken in the cub-board with no oil. cracking myself up.

Baked Chicken wings with potatoes immersed in Chicken garlic broth and a couple dabs of butter and just a flash of olive oil.

It looked and tasted fried. The potatoes and chicken left such a beautiful crust I made enough to fill the gravy boat in the same iron skillet. I made a Greek salad on the side but the store-bought in a pinch Greek dressing disappointed. Put frozen corn on the back burner that heated from the oven without need to turn on. Then I popped some biscuits in the still warm oven. I topped them with cinnamon sugar and butter. Served with gravy on top. Dessert!

Rhea says what’s cooking, I forgot to turn the oven off.

We are stuffed.

Drawing a hot bath. I love Lavender Yardley soap.

Almost time for a MOUNDS frozen chocolate coconut bar Smile

Tiny Steps

Never been one to exercise. I came to the realization the other day that I need to do something active. Losing weight, getting in shape is not happening watching soap opera’s. Since I retired I am not actively working at the daily grinds of life.

My life has become more or less eat, sleep, and pretty much do what I want when I want.

I have a very nice bicycle that sits in a corner awaiting the day I take it out.

It is equipped with all the lights and bells needed.

So , my walking routine went very well. I figure I will build myself up and then tackle the no speed bicycle.

I put my IPOD on and grabbed two bottles of water for my backpack along with a chiller to keep them cooler. It was so hot. I walked nearly 2 hours.

The tubes on my feet felt like air, so light.

One foot forward turned into many steps.
