The Simple Ways

Time is but an illusion.
Blessings ❤️🐾
Stay safe and well

Much Love and Compassion to those who are suffering now.

The families who have lost loved ones without being able to say proper goodbyes.

May a greater understanding come of all this pain we have endured and may we continue to always have hope in our hearts that this too shall pass.

The Simple Way
I don’t know if I dreamed it, but I woke up and turned the local Keys News on.

I must have been dreaming because I do not even have that station.

The alert said that they were closing off Key West Old Town for repairs.

Only persons on bicycles and mopeds allowed.
The City bus that makes the Duval Loop would be rerouted.

It would actually be like back in the 70’s and before.

Larger motels off Duval would be renovated and become rentals for our locals who keep this Island going.

Restaurants of every known cuisine would prosper.
No more rip off stores.
No more endless displays of novelty shops. The ones that charge extravagant prices to persons that want a piece of Paradise.

Spring Breakers and the constant influx of Snow Folks..
Miami folks would find it a less desirable destination.

Fantasy Fest would go back to what it actually was meant too be.
Something to look forward too during slow revenue times.

Children could once again have a park and swimming pool.a skating rink and things to do here.

So many Mom and Pop stores, small businesses could open again and thrive without having threats of foreclosure looming in the future.

Yes, I suppose a Utopia, a pipe dream of the old Key West.

Where everyone knew your family name.

No more homeless laying on Duval, panhandling is a lucrative enterprise.

One Human Family would take on a new and welcome
We have a rich and diverse population.
Conch’s, Fresh Water Conch’s, Cuban, Latino’s, Bohemian, Jamaican, Haitian.

Key West has so much unique history.

The stories.

Pirates to Graveyard.
They stack persons now at the Key West Cemetery that do not want to be cremated. Above ground.
There is no more room at the Final Inn.

The Grotto

The Overseas Flagler Station Railway to Key West

Postcard Collection

We have to many accidents now.
Too many deaths.
Too many cars.
If things stay the same, their will be only the very rich that will have a place here.
Where we all relocate too is the ?

Ghosts that still linger.

New Town has new roads and traffic lights along with numerous new hotels on the Blvd.

In the interim Stock Island would now be called and known as The New and very much Updated Key West.

Key West downtown will be Old Town reinvented.

New Town will be known as in The In-Between

New extravagant hotels at the marina, new roads and new greenery planted and thriving in the medium strips.
More traffic lights and stop signs at various intersections.
A brand new CVS just a shot away with free delivery.
It has been renewed so much the past few years even Old Town delivers to higher end establishments in Stock Island.

Not mentioned in the news is the rise in murders, drug overdoses, missing persons.
We are a money making tourist industry.
Bad news vs publicity does not make for lucrative tourism.

Just Saying

My thoughts:

Maybe going back in time too the way Key West was is not such a bad idea.

Our 2 x 4 Island has become even more greedy than ever it was.
It is overcrowded with the influx of Snowbirds and Tourists from everywhere in the world.
Cruise ships that pollute our waters.

We use to have so called Seasons, not like your regular Summer, Spring, Winter and Fall.
We planned for them by saving up for the lean times.
I was a server here from 1992-1998.
Than I worked at Publix Deli and Home Depot.
I retired in 2011.
I can not afford to go out too eat or enjoy any of the many activities here.
But, I am happy and content in my piece of Paradise.

I still have my cat China. Hamster MuMoo, Guppies galore, and 5 birdies.
The smell of the blooming flowers, fresh mangoes this time of year, the water, the cool breeze.

The Iggy’s.

The Roosters.

Everyday is almost always the same.
Mostly sunny and warm, with an occasional rainstorm.
Now it all seems to blend.

Cross_Sky_Shot_WM copy

It is rather eerie here now.

On lock-down with the Corona 19 Virus.

Streets are empty for the most part.

Kots Homeless Shelter is like Hotel California. If you enter you can never leave.
It is nearly empty.
The homeless wonder the streets like zombies in the Walking Dead.

Bodies found on main streets. Only locals have privy to this. It is never in the mainstream News. With no tourists, panhandling has come to a complete halt.
They refuse to be in lock-down. Even with three meals a day. Most say it would be as if they were incarcerated.

Long time Conch’s have been literally forced out.

Rent is so high for regular folk they need three jobs or three roommates with three jobs to even contemplate staying.
Where there is Water the developers come and take out what affordable housing is left.
One bedrooms $$$ usually costing nearly $ 3-4,000 just to secure it.

First, Last and Security. If you have a pet another $500 upfront
Than add on utilities.

No one ever said living in paradise was cheap, but it has gotten so greedy even businesses close after a few months of struggling to stay a float.
There is no more housing available.
The wait list is 5 years or more from the time you sign up.

On Saint Patty’s Day I walked with my daughter and a friend around the area of the Hogfish. It was right before the City locked down.

I thought this photo made a unique point.

It.s like WTF is happening to our World ???

Lady Blue Phoenix Utube Channel

It’s my 71 st Birthday on the 18 th. I finally got a Smartphone. I am on a huge learning curve, but loving it.

A new tattoo.

A furry hamster I call MuMoo. He looks like a black and white cow.

I love my UTUBE channel setup especially with my recent installment of Firestick.

I can sit relaxed and comfy in my living room chair without being tied down to my computer chair.

It has been very handy since the incidents in my life lately.

First a shot of cortisone (July 29 th) in my out of whack left hip caused 6 weeks of not being able to lift my leg enough to put undies on. Not a good thing.

Than my fall ( September 26 th 2019) which bruised my buttocks (will not show graphic photo). It has left numerous bumps that are painful to my touch.

Than on the 28th of November I was misting my flowers. A very heavy vintage bottle (Heavier than a iron skillet) fell on my right foot.

Either I am moving at the speed of light or I can not seem to get out of my very own way.

Just another Beautiful day in Beautiful Key West…

Not complaining 🙂

Notes From Home

Greetings to all of my faithful followers.

I have been very much on vacation of late. I still live on my little island in thee sun.

Due to extreme weather up North the past weeks has been giving us cold and then very warm days. The fluctuations and with the Island being over run with Snowbirds coming down for some sunshine.
Along with them they bring so many unknown virus’s and the Island is sick literally.

Every where you go someone is sick, getting sick or  have been sick for months. The virus presents flu symptoms but is not the Flu.
In November my daughter and I both felt unwell. Than my beautiful cat China decided to take a bite out of my hand which put me in the hospital the next day.

In December just a trip out to see Christmas lights again brought us down to the Crud status.

In bed for an entire week with heaviness on chest, headaches from hell, sinus, throat and ear issues. I self doctored and it reared back again like Groundhog Day when he keeps having the same thing happen over and over again.
I am totally over homemade chicken noodle soup.

After a week of suffering, and the fact I was having issues breathing I went to the ER.

I was told their was something in the air here making persons ill. They did not know what it was. They diagnosed it as bronchitis and upper respiratory and prescribed the ZPAK, Inhaler, Prednisone and cough syrup. That settled things down and I am feeling much better.
My daughter is still suffering and is in the line of fire so too speak. She can not afford to miss work and can not rest as she should.

My granddaughter is having her wedding shower on March 2nd and then her wedding on the 20th of April.
Yep, 420 everyone.

So that’s two back to back trips coming up for something I must be well to attend.

In November I finally met a friend I met online back in 2010. We are from the same city, went to the same school and even lived just two doors down from each other. We had never met.  It was an awesome reunion at the Hilton 5 Star Hotel. The 12 hour bus trip by Greyhound was the horrors of the trip. That’s 12 up and 12 back.

She had found me from my now extinct web site zimbabast, searching for a Kinkling recipe, a tradition in February with the locals of Frederick, Maryland.
Last year I did not make my fabulous cherry cheesecake on Heart Day because my precious Minnie Kat was dying. She turned 15 on Valentines and passed on March 7 th 2018.

See featured image of my precious Minnie.

I miss her so much.

This year I made two pies and gave slices of heaven to special ones.

My favorite music of late is Sleeping at Last.

I have also recently set up a 10 gallon fish tank. I put in 3 females and 2 males. I am now overwhelmed with so many baby fry. It is beautiful to watch them. I feel like Mother Hubbard who had a shoe with so many children she didn’t know what to do.

With my fish, cat, 8 birds and a sweet furry hamster  I call Chibi, my life is always on a roll.

Until next time.

Be Well and Happy.

90 Days Epclusa

I have started a VLOG of my feelings on this treatment. It is the only pill I take now. I also will be mentioning my 15 year precious feline Minnie that had a seizure on the 7 th of February.I am caring for her as a newborn since she has lost all mobility in regards to walking and doing for herself.

Catch 22 The Pharmacy

Writing Blog about this in hopes it may help someone not go through what I did for the past three months.

Writing Blog about this in hopes it may help someone not go through what I did for the past three months.

Eye sties, abscess tooth and gum, beast of a chest cold, and the antibiotic runs from Hell.

My feet (Edema) have not went down yet and I still have the shits.

Thinking about the Hep C treatment I am about to start.

I will be posting updates on my treatment and feelings.

How it will hopefully change my quality of life and outlook.

To be free of Hep C will be so wonderful.

The doctor says I will feel so much better.

All the health issues these past 20 years THAT are supposedly directly related  to the virus that resides in my body.

For the past 20 years I have totally changed so many things.

The drinking, the occasional drugs.

Remembering the first time I noticed my two fingers were so numb they felt as if they were not there.

Transient Ischemic Attack
(TIA, Mini-Stroke)

TIA I had at Home Depot and the subsequent meds for High Blood Pressure that I never had. Still do not.  After taking the aspirin and BP meds for almost 7 years, I stopped.

The RED rash and feeling ill every month like a monthly. That lasted nearly 7 years, and finally left my body.

Than the terrible swollen feet and muscle spasms that alternated between the starting and stopping Spironolactone.

Now I am taking 100 MG a day instead of the 25 MG I had stopped.

Being in the hospital after Hurricane Irma Aftermath.

The depletion of electrolytes from taking Diuretics is something not to mess around with.

That was a definite wake up for me.

The whole body heals after treatment. The moment the virus is undetected in the bloodstream, the body sends out healing signals. The liver, kidneys, spleen, and heart all get a break. In many cases, blood liver enzymes return to a normal range very quickly. This can even happen before treatment is completed.

Who Should Not Take

If you already suffer from liver or kidney disease your doctor may tell you not to take spironolactone because it can make your condition worse. Discuss these risks as well as any precautions you may need to take before using spironolactone.Spironolactone Side Effects
Side effects of spironolactone are not necessarily common, but can be serious and require medical attention when they occur. Contact your doctor regarding any reactions you have to spironolactone to help determine if you need medical attention or a change in your dosing size. These side effects include blood in the stool, chills, cloudy or dark urine, difficulty urinating, changes in urine output, diarrhea, difficulty swallowing, dizziness, dimpling of the skin, heartburn, headaches, fatigue, fast heartbeat, loss of appetite, lumps in the breasts or arms, nausea, puffiness in the face, rash, sore breasts, ulcers in the mouth, swollen lymph nodes, unusual bleeding, vomiting up blood, weight gain, wheezing, yellowing of the eyes or skin, shakiness, or tightness in the chest.

If you begin to experience convulsions, difficulty breathing, irregular heartbeat, coma, confusion, drowsiness, muscle cramps, nervousness, rash, reddened skin, numbing of the hands, feet or lips, swelling of the ankles or hands or weakness in the legs you may be suffering from an overdose of spironolactone. Contact emergency medical assistance as soon as possible. If you can, have information regarding your prescription size and how much you have taken to give the doctor some indications of what might be in your system.

Patients may be told that they need to reduce their salt intake or take on a daily exercise program while on spironolactone. You may also need to avoid sodium or potassium based supplements while you are on your medication.

This includes avoiding potassium rich foods such as prunes, banana or orange juice.

3:02 PM 11/20/2017
I acquired the Cold and chest congestion on the 15th, stayed in bed three days

Apple Cider Vinegar
It helps thin the mucus in the chest, thus relieving congestion and helping you breathe better.

Apple cider vinegar also boosts your immunity, which greatly helps prevent chest congestion in the first place.

Add 2 teaspoons of organic raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a cup of warm water. It has high pH levels which break up the phlegm and clears the throat. It thins the phlegm, boosts the immune system and prevents infection.
Improve digestive health

Apple cider vinegar and honey doesn’t just prevent heartburn symptoms, but the ACV and honey remedy also boosts digestive health. The acidic nature of ACV helps to stimulate enzymes needed for healthy digestion and honey soothes many gastrointestinal problems.
These work together to help balance the delicate microflora in the gut and any antimicrobial properties that may come from antibiotics

I am wheezing really bad.

What is worse than instant Pee with cough or instant pee and poo with cough ?

I would say the latter and that is what I am dealing with now since taking the antibiotic Clindamycin.

6:47 PM 11/21/2017
Only been off Spiro three days and with the added sodium in chicken noodle, Motrin, both my feet are starting to swell.

So I have hopefully nipped it in the bud so too speak and started back on 25 mg of it twice a day instead of the 100 mg.

7:35 AM 11/22/2017
I finished up the antibiotics.

Two days of loose, very explosive diarrhea. No change in mouth at all.  Still feels the same as it did last week when I went to the dentist.

Consider possibility of Clostridium difficile in all patients who present with diarrhea following antibiotic use

7:10 AM 11/23/2017
Running away with diarrhea, and horrid stomach cramping.

I can’t rest, still coughing, tooth no better.

7:47 AM 11/23/2017
So with my duly committed research I found some interesting things.

Spironolactone causes muscle cramping but relieves edema.

It is also known to cause mouth ulcers.

I got the mouth ulcer after my recent return to Spiro on the 6th October which Doc recommended.

My very swollen feet went down and they did not swell again until I stopped the Spiro. This happened during treatment for the abscess with the only drug Clindamycin that was not likely to conflict.

Around the same time I was being treated for the abscess after Doc appointment on the 14th.

CVS was down so the meds could not be delivered until Friday the 17th.

Prior to the (The 15th) of November I got terribly ill with a flu-like cold and chest congestion.
I stopped taking Spiro the same day Friday the 17th so I could take something for my horrid headache that the chest infection caused.

Within two days my feet swelled.

I went back on the Spiro with 25 mg AM and 25 Mg PM on the 21st of November.

My feet are still swollen, I am having explosive diarrhea and severe cramping .

The Clindamycin did nothing for the abscess.

Shut the Lid

Another smart habit to get into if you want to prevent reinfection or the spread of C diff is to close the lid of the toilet before you flush. I know you may not be able to do this in public restrooms, but at home, make sure to always close the lid before you flush. This can greatly decrease C diff bacteria from finding their way to all kinds of surfaces and objects in the bathroom. In general, it’s just a really helpful practice to get into for sanitary and health purposes.

9:23 AM 11/24/2017

21 Flagyl 500 mg every 8 hours

Started back on the 50-50 spironolactone.

7:26 AM 11/25/2017
Not running to the bathroom as often but still have much discomfort and flatulence.
Woke at 7 AM to take meds and was hit with severe headache.

Side effects of the Flagyl (metronidazole).

9:43 PM 11/25/2017
Use of clindamycin is a major risk factor for C. difficile colitis, an increasingly treatment-resistant dysentery infection.

It should be avoided if possible.

9:32 AM 11/27/2017

Two weeks today.

I still feel achy, congested. I still have the shits from the Clindamycin, taking Flagyl.

Spiro 100 mg twice a day.

Feet still swollen, not black and blue.

They look like the good year blimp.

I can only wear huge bedroom slippers and can barely stand or walk.

8:04 PM 11/27/2017
Metronidazole is both a cause and the cure for C. difficile diarrhea/colitis.

11:25 PM 11/27/2017

The most important step in treatment of C. difficile is to stop the antibiotic that allowed the infection to develop. If an antibiotic is necessary to treat an ongoing infection, the healthcare provider may choose an antibiotic that is less likely to allow further growth of C. difficile, when possible.

Antibiotic treatment — Usually an oral antibiotic (metronidazole, vancomycin, or fidaxomicin) is used to treat people who are infected with C. difficile. It is important to take each dose of the antibiotic on time and to finish the entire course of treatment (usually 10 to 14 days).

probiotic — Probiotics are “healthy” microorganisms (bacteria, yeast) that can be taken by mouth. These probiotic do not by themselves cure C. difficile infection, but they may be beneficial in selected situations. (See “Clostridium difficile and probiotic”.)

Several studies have found that probiotic reduce the risk for antibiotic-associated diarrhea in general, but their ability to prevent C. difficile infection is unclear. As a result, probiotic are not recommended routinely for diarrhea related to C. difficile except in selected situations.

While probiotic are generally safe, case reports have described serious illness and deaths related to their use in people who were critically ill or who had a weakened immune system.

Treatment of severe disease — People who become severely ill as a result of C. difficile are treated in the hospital with both oral and intravenous antibiotic and intravenous fluids. The person is monitored closely for signs of worsening disease. (See “Clostridium difficile in adults: Treatment”.)

Surgery — If a person fails to improve with antibiotics and supportive care and the infection worsens, surgery (removal of the colon) may be warranted; this is generally limited to people with life-threatening illness.

Supportive treatments for diarrhea — Diarrhea can cause a person to become dehydrated quickly, especially if it is severe. To avoid becoming dehydrated, several strategies are recommended.

Drink adequate fluids — It is important to drink an adequate amount of fluids to counteract the loss of fluids from diarrhea. The fluids should contain water, salt, and sugar. The fluids used for sweat replacement (eg, Gatorade) are not optimal, although they may be sufficient for an adult with diarrhea who is not dehydrated and is otherwise healthy. Diluted fruit juices and flavored soft drinks along with saltines  and broths or soups may also be acceptable. Fluid replacement in children should be handled differently. (See “Patient education: Acute diarrhea in children (Beyond the Basics)”.)

One way to judge hydration is by observing the color of the urine and how frequently the person urinates. Normally, urine should be light yellow to nearly colorless. A person who is well hydrated normally passes urine every three to five hours. A person who urinates infrequently or has urine that is dark yellow should drink more fluids.

If a person becomes dehydrated and is unable to take fluids by mouth, a rehydration solution can be given into a vein (intravenous fluids) in a healthcare provider’s office or in the emergency department.

Diet — There is no particular food or group of foods that is best for a person with diarrhea. However, adequate nutrition is important during an episode of acute diarrhea. For patients without an appetite, it is acceptable to consume only liquids for a short period of time. Boiled starches and cereals (egg, potatoes, noodles, rice, wheat, and oats) with salt are recommended for people with watery diarrhea; crackers, bananas, soup, and boiled vegetables may also be eaten. It is advisable to avoid fresh fruits and vegetables and milk products until the diarrhea is gone.

7:50 AM 11/29/2017
Tired of meds.

A few more doses of Flagyl.

I take the spironolactone 50 in the AM and 50 in the PM.

Alarms set for 7 and 7.

Didn’t make it to the loo on time and had a bit of an poo incident.

Feet still aching and swollen.

Can take nada for chest congestion because it clashes with Spironolactone.

Talk about a catch 22.

At least NO muscle cramping since end of October.

6:52 PM 11/29/2017
Starting to feel myself finally.

Started taking 1,000 mg of Ester C.

9:54 AM 11/30/2017
Feet still swollen?
No congestion, mostly gone finally

8:37 PM 11/30/2017
Started the “Mother” and Honey
Feet are painful and something new. They are burning since the 21st of November (10 days )

11/24/2017  Started back Spiro 50-50
I stopped taking Spiro the same day Friday the 17th so I could take something for my horrid headache that the chest infection caused.

Within two days my feet swelled.

I went back on the Spiro with 25 mg AM and 25 Mg PM on the 21st of November.

5:23 PM 12/2/2017
You may be able to help your body get rid of fluid more easily if you add 200 to 400 milligrams of magnesium to your daily diet. Foods high in this mineral include oatmeal, bananas, almonds, broccoli, and beets

10:42 AM 12/3/2017 Less swollen finally since the 26th of November

Up on the hour peeing, makes me think the Flagyl interfered with the spironolactone and that is why the Swollen Feet.

I was uncomfortable but I tried to keep them elevated most of the night.
This AM they look but do not feel less swollen.

Still very sensitive to any touch such as bedclothes rubbing them even ever so lightly.

If I take the Spiro I do not need the water pills that depleted me.

“Side Effects: Headache, nausea, blurred vision, drunk feeling, horrible taste in mouth, odd smells, swollen hands and feet , agitation, restlessness, crying, exhaustion.

Effects, reactions to medications

Listening to the Universe

The universe is always offering us signs to help us, we just need to slow down and pay attention.

“A Taurus New Moon is an especially fertile time to plant a seed of a new thought, a vision, a plan or a goal. Plant a literal seed to symbolize your plans and then nurture them to help them grow strong. “

Dark Moon

This past week I somehow have been drawn to the Be Here Now, Live in the present stance. I have listened to motivation speakers where letting go of ego is of utmost importance.

Truly wanting a change and asking the Universe for it.

The message I heard spoke too me.

So I paid attention. Yesterday afternoon, a sudden urge to stop smoking cigarettes became of much importance too me.

I have not had one cigarette since.

This dissociation from a life of addiction from numerous situations including drugs, alcohol, toxic relationships and now cigarettes is in one sense overwhelming.

“I am Ready” and for Universe to bless me with such optimism and clarity is such an IN THE Face sign too me.

I have tried to stop smoking many times. Now I realize you can want to stop,  but in actuality if you are not ready it just isn’t happening.

Than today’s Daily Om comes in my email box and another sign. It is dated May 20 th 2015 and is called “Dark Night of the Soul” I have written much on this very subject.

“The dark night of the soul invites us to fully recognize the confines of our egos’ identity.”
There’s the synchronicity again.

More on this

Dark Night

Addiction grips you in that dark night and the pain is so very real.

Many years ago, I remember sobbing uncontrollably on some one’s shoulder. The kind of sobs and wailing’s that take your breath away.

For me, cigarettes filled a void for me. It was as if I have conquered all these demons, those dark nights and I smoke. So what. My life, my decision.

Now, I am thinking about my life, my grandchildren, my daughter. I want to stick around for great-grandchildren.

I want to be healthy.

I want the freedom of being smoke free.

My animals will love me more.

Such tiny lungs to endure my indiscretions of filling my home with chemicals from cigarette smoke.

A new journey for me.

Day 2.

The signs continue. I was looking up the posts that I had quoted from and up pops this:

New Moon

The Itch Nobody Can Scratch — Matter — Medium

via The Itch Nobody Can Scratch — Matter — Medium.

My thoughts:

I have several friends with this supposedly CRAZY malady. The government programs, tests and intensive findings on the matter are little to none. So, if you are diagnosed CRAZY and if you don’t want to be committed you had better STOP with the complaining.

Perhaps 20 years from now this will be a diagnosis and persons labeled CRAZY will have had there so called day.

I do not believe everything I read on the internet. I do believe in things and occurrences I see with my own eyes. I am not delusional. I understand that if what ails you is not listed, it comes up as an Unknown and there in lies the problem.

Just because it is unknown does not mean it does not exist for many persons.

Are We Being Slowly Poisoned

vacci_ nation

I just seen a post on Facebook by Annette Bosworth stating that if you refuse to take a prescribed medication it will be become mandatory  and if we refuse we will  be fined.

I do not believe vaccinations help us. This is my opinion of course and I do not take them. My animals do not receive them either.

We are supposedly a free country to live and choose. If in fact what the Senator wanna be from South Dakota is spewing I wish she would offer up some facts.

Remember Thalidomide?

All the children that had such horrid effects and deformities. No ears,no limbs, the list goes on.

Remember those intimate connections between government vaccine experiments and the outbreak of “the gay plague”?

“There is no doubt that AIDS erupted in the U.S. shortly after government-sponsored hepatitis B vaccine experiments (1978-1981) using gay men as guinea pigs.”

“Scientists were not telling the whole truth about AIDS and its origin from biological warfare and from cancer virus research that took place extensively in the decade before AIDS, namely the 1970s”

“What was the primary objective for the research and testing of these biological agents back in the 60s at Fort Detrick and other places?”

I was born in Frederick,Maryland. I lived very near  Fort Detrick and remember the talk of the experiments and the bovine virus.

“The military’s biological warfare unit at Ft  Detrick, Maryland, was joined to the National Cancer Institute in the early 1970s, by order of President Richard Nixon”

Dr. Alan Cantwell wrote the very informative book “Aids and the Doctors of Death” He also wrote “THE SECRET AIDS GENOCIDE PLOT”

“Then of course the hype that it came from Africa after the smallpox vaccine story hit the front-page of The London Times, the story was subsequently killed and never appeared again in any of the world major media. The story suggested the smallpox eradication vaccine program sponsored by the World Health Organization was responsible for unleashing AIDS in Africa. About 100 million Africans living in central Africa were inoculated by the WHO.The vaccine was held responsible for awakening a “dormant” AIDS virus on the continent.”

“attempt to support the government’s claim that HIV originated in Africa, and to further cast doubt on the man-made theory of AIDS.”

Remember Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment?

POLIO (Monkey Virus Caused Cancer)

“Some researchers  contend SV40 was transmitted to humans through the polio vaccine, which has saved many lives. The vaccine is made in monkey kidney cells, and from 1955 to 1963 an estimated 20 million Americans were given doses contaminated with SV40. “

If you don’t know about these things it may benefit you to do some research.

Just a few of my reasons for not accepting vaccinations mandatory or not.
